  • 933 (Sit-Down Style)

Rental Rates:

  • Per Day: Starting at $800
  • Multi-Day Rentals: Negotiable
  • Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $500
  • Utility/Setup Day Fee: $50 per additional day

Features:

  • Roll-Up Door Access from the parking lot for easy unloading and loading
  • Rental Includes:
    • 10 tables (round or banquet options)
    • 100 chairs
    • Restroom facilities
    • Stage (28' x 20', 560 sq. ft.)
    • 1 dumpster for waste disposal

Extra Charges (if needed):

  • Additional tables: $5 each
  • Additional chairs: $1 each
  • Fair staff services: Available at $40 per hour for custodial services and additional setup/cleanup. Please inquire if you are interested in this service.

Additional Requirements:

  • Certificate of Insurance required (see our Insurance Requirements for details).
  • CHP Approval is required for all events (CHP Form).
  • A deposit is due with the application to secure your event date. Full payment for the rental is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Kitchen Facilities:

  • Flaherty Hall does not have an on-site kitchen, but kitchen facilities are available in a nearby building for an additional charge.
RENTER- Any person/group renting facilities for an event and does not charge admission/concession/beer/liquor

PROMOTOR/RENTER- Any person renting facilities for an event charges admission/concessions/beer/liquor
CANCELLATIONS

42th DAA’s Refund Policy: CANCELLATIONS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION BY EITHER PARTY AT ANY TIME DURING THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT BY GIVING THE OTHER PARTY NOTICE IN WRITING AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE WHEN SUCH TERMINATION SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO RENTAL OF FACILITIES WILL CAUSE FORFEITURE OF THE 25% DEPOSIT. ALL CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT WILL REQUIRE THE FORFEITURE OF 100% OF THE RENTAL RATE. ANY ADDITIONAL POSSIBLE REFUNDS WILL HAVE TO BE EVALUATED AND APPROVED BY 2/3 VOTE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.


EMERGENCY CANCELLATION:

The Licensee agrees and acknowledges that the Association can cancel this agreement without notice during any emergency declared by local, state and/or federal governments when the Association facilities are required for emergency purposes.

The Licensee understands and accepts the following conditions

  1. The Glenn County Fair will make one attempt to contact Licensee by phone if it is possible.
  2. The Glenn County Fair is not liable or responsible for any cost that the Licensee has incurred in the preparation of their event which has been cancelled.
