Important Fair Entry Deadlines

• February 24, 2025 – Online Entries Open
  Submit entries at glenn.fairwire.com.
• March 14, 2025 – 60-Day Ownership Deadline
  Sheep, goats, and swine must be tagged by leaders. Tagging sheets must be submitted via Google Sheets to the Fair Office at 221 E. Yolo St., Orland.
• April 15, 2025 – 30-Day Ownership Deadline & Entry Deadline
  • Rabbit ownership deadline. Tattooing sheets are due at the Fair Office by 3:00 PM.
  • Final Entry Deadline: All fair entries must be submitted online by the end of the day.

📢ENTRY REQUIREMENT: Livestock exhibitors must upload the following documents as PDFs during the online entry process:

• YQCA Certificate
• Certificate of Eligibility and Release of Liability Form

Online Entry Instructions:

1. Create an Account: Visit glenn.fairwire.com to set up your account.
2. Select Division and Class: Choose the appropriate division and class for your entry.
3. Livestock Market Entries:
   • Provide your ear tag number.
   • Sheep and goats must include the scrapie’s tag number.
   • Enter your YQCA course certificate number.
   • Upload a completed PDF of your Certificate of Eligibility and Release of Liability Form.
4. Uploading Documents: After entering your livestock information, you’ll be prompted to upload your YQCA certificate and liability form. Both must be in PDF format.
5. Showmanship Requirement:
   • If you are entering a breeding class or a market class, you must also enter showmanship.
   • Important: Showmanship entry is NOT automatic. While you can scratch later, you cannot add after entries close.
6. Payment: Follow the prompts to submit your payment.

School Project Entries (Divisions 572-575)

If you are entering a school project in Divisions 572-575, please follow these steps:

1. Click the link below.
2. Select the correct Division for your class or group.
3. Complete and submit the Google Form.
