Important Deadlines

February 20, 2024 Online Entries Open

March 15, 2024 60 day ownership deadline
Sheep, Goats and Swine must be tagged by leaders and tagging sheets submitted via Goolgle Sheets to the Fair Office 221 E. Yolo St, Orland.

April 16, 2024 30 day ownership deadline and entry deadline
Rabbit ownership deadline and tattooing sheets due to the Fair Office by 3:00PM.
Deadline to enter the Glenn County Fair. All entries must be completed by end of day April 15, 2024.

Independent Exhibitors presentations at March 19, 2024 Board of Directors meeting. Meeting will be held at 6:30PM at the fairgrounds.

Ready to Enter

We are so excited to showcase your entry!
But first!! NEW!! Livestock exhibitors will need there YQCA certificates and Certificate of Eligibiltiy and Release of Liabily Form saved on your phone or computer as a PDF only! They will be uploaded directly into the online entry form.

  • Set up an account in our online entry system. glenn.fairwire.com.
  • Select the Division and Class that you are entering
  • If you have a Livestock Market entry, you will need a ear tag number, scrapie's tag number( goats and sheep) and your YQCA course certificate number.
  • After you enter the necessary information for your livestock entry you will be prompted to upload your YQCA and Certificate of Eligibility and Release of Liability forms. They must be in a PDF format. On the forms link we have an editible PDF of the Eligibiltiy form.
  • If you are entering a breeding class or a market class, you must enter showmanship class as well. This not an automatic enter, you can scratch, however, you can not add after entry close.
  • Payment method
  • At the end of the you will upload your certificates.
