Exciting News for 2024 Glenn County Fair Junior Livestock Auction:

Sale Order Changes, Buyer Registration Changes and New Lunch Offering!

We're thrilled to share some significant updates for our 2024 event that will enhance our buyers experience.

New Sale Order

• Morning Kick-Off: Auction starting at 9:00 AM, we'll start the auction with 50% of our total number of swine, goats and sheep. Followed by Beef and Beef Replacement Heifers.
• Champions take the Stage: The coveted Sale of Champion is scheduled for 2:00PM, or as close to that time as possible.
• Wrapping up the Sale: Post-Sale of Champion, we will continue the auction with of rabbits, poultry and turkeys, leading into the sale of the remaining 50% of swine, goats and sheep.

New Lunch Offering: In a delightful twist, we are transitioning from breakfast to lunch!

New Buyer Registration Process Going Digital in 2024!
This year, we are excited to introduce an all-digital registration process for all our buyers, both returning and new. Registration will open concurrently with our Online Entry system.

Why the Change?
To ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information, we're revamping our registration system. This change allows us to serve you better and streamline the registration process.

How to Register:

• Assistance on Hand: Our office staff is eager to assist anyone needing help with the new electronic registration. We're here to make this transition as smooth as possible. Our office phone number is 530-865-1168 you can email us at glenncountyfair@gmail.com.
• Registration Link: A direct link to the registration site will be available on our website. Simply follow the link to get started.
• Confirmation & Tickets: After registering, new buyers will recieve a confirmation text and/or email, including your new buyer number. Once your email is verified, we'll send your admission tickets for Auction Day directly to your inbox.

The Auction will again be live streamed through EZ2bid.com for those who are unable to attend in person. Buyers may register online at EZ2bid.com anytime.

New Buyers Registration
We will be registering all buyers (current and past) electronically this year. We will start registering buyers as soon as our Online Entry program opens. Due to the outdated information that we currently have we need to revamp our buyers registration. Staff in the office will be more than happy to assist anyone needing to register. It is our goal to make the transition as seamless as possible.

A link will posted on our website, that will take buyers to the registration site. After registeration new buyers will recieve a text or email with their buyer number. Once you have registered and your email is verified you will be emailed your admission tickets for Saturday.
