Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $250
Utility/Set up Fee: $50 per Additional day

Rental Includes:10 tables (table options are round or Banquet), 100 chairs, restroom facilities, kitchen facilities and 1 Dumpster.

Extra Charges (if needed): Additional tables @ $5.00 ea., additional chairs @ $1.00 ea. Fair staff services may be purchased @ $40.00/hr for custodial services and or additional set-up and clean-up. Please inquire in the office if you are interested in this service.

Additional Requirements:
- Certificate of Insurance, Insurance Requirements
- CHP for all events, CHP Form
- Deposit due with Application to hold your date on the calendar. Payment for rental 2 weeks prior to event.

RENTER- Any person/group renting facilities for an event and does not charge admission/concession/beer/liquor

PROMOTOR/RENTER- Any person renting facilities for an event charges admission/concessions/beer/liquor

CANCELLATIONS

42th DAA’s Refund Policy: CANCELLATIONS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION BY EITHER PARTY AT ANY TIME DURING THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT BY GIVING THE OTHER PARTY NOTICE IN WRITING AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE WHEN SUCH TERMINATION SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO RENTAL OF FACILITIES WILL CAUSE FORFEITURE OF THE 25% DEPOSIT. ALL CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT WILL REQUIRE THE FORFEITURE OF 100% OF THE RENTAL RATE. ANY ADDITIONAL POSSIBLE REFUNDS WILL HAVE TO BE EVALUATED AND APPROVED BY 2/3 VOTE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

EMERGENCY CANCELLATION:

The Licensee agrees and acknowledges that the Association can cancel this agreement without notice during any emergency declared by local, state and/or federal governments when the Association facilities are required for emergency purposes.

The Licensee understands and accepts the following conditions

1. The Glenn County Fair will make one attempt to contact Licensee by phone if it is possible.
2. The Glenn County Fair is not liable or responsible for any cost that the Licensee has incurred in the preparation of their event which has been cancelled.
