Whitsett-Cook Exhibit Hall

Whitsett-Cook is our largest building 
Size: 16,000 S.F. (196ft x 80ft)
Capacity: 2,285 Theater, 1,066 Sit Down
Per Day Rental Rate: $1,100
Multi Day Rental Rate: Negotiable
Cleaning/ Damage Deposit: $500
Utility/ Set Up Day Fee: $50 per day

Roll-up Door Accessible

Rental Includes: 10 tables, 100 chairs, restroom facilities,
1 Dumpster and one day utility charge.

Extra Charges (if needed): Additional tables @ $5.00 ea., additional chairs @ $1.00 ea.
Extra charge for set-up and clean-up at going rate.

Additional Requirements:
- Certificate of Insurance, Insurance Requirements
- CHP approval for all events, CHP Form
- Deposit Due at time of Application to hold your date. Payment of rental rate 2 weeks in advance

Kitchen facilities can be arranged for in another building for an additional charge.

Flaherty Hall

Size: 14,000 S.F.
Capacity: 2,000 Theater, 933 Sit Down
Per Day Rental Rate: $800
Multi-Day Rental Rate: Negotiable
Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $500
Utility/ Set up Day Charge: $50 per day

Roll-up Door Accessible from Parking Lot

Rental Includes: 10 tables, 100 chairs, restroom facilities, stage,
1 Dumpster and one day utility charge.

Extra Charges (if needed): Additional tables @ $5.00 ea., additional chairs @ $1.00 ea.

The Arts & Crafts Building is popular for everything from Baptisms to Weddings, Banquets to Recitals. 
Size: 5,600 S.F. (80 ft x 48 ft)
Capacity: 560 Theater, 265 Sit Down
Per Day Rental Rate: $650
Multi-Day Rental Rate: Negotiable
Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $350
Utility/Set Up Fee: $50 per day

Utility/Set up Fee: $50 per day

1 Dumpster and one day utility/set up fee.

Extra Charges (if needed): Additional tables @ $5.00 ea., additional chairs @ $1.00 ea.
Extra charge for set-up and clean-up at going rate.
