Who Can Apply – Miss Glenn County Program

Entering the Miss Glenn County Program is a meaningful commitment of both time and energy. The program seeks young women who are dedicated, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in the personal growth, leadership development, and community involvement that come with competing for the title—not solely in winning.

Applicants must complete and submit a full application to the Fair Office on or by January 20, 2026 All application components must be included at the time of submission, including an unofficial transcript. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

A mandatory contestant meeting will be held on January 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Flaherty Hall. One parent or guardian is required to attend this meeting with the contestant.

Participation is limited to ten (10) contestants.

Scholarships & Sponsorship Requirement

Scholarships awarded for the 2026 competition are as follows:

  • Miss Glenn County: $1,000 scholarship
  • First Runner-Up: $500 scholarship
  • Second Runner-Up: $250 scholarship

Each contestant is required to secure a $250 sponsorship as part of their participation in the program.


Who Can Apply – Fair Princess

The Fair Princess Program is designed for young ladies who are excited to learn, grow, and represent the Glenn County Fair with pride. Participation requires a commitment of time, responsibility, and a positive attitude. Applicants should be enthusiastic about gaining new experiences, building confidence, and being involved in fair and community activities.

Completed applications must be submitted to the Fair Office on or before January 20, 2026 All required portions of the application must be completed and submitted by the deadline.


Eight (8)
applicants will be selected for the princess program. All participants will be randomly selected by Lottery if more than 8 are received, after the application period has ended.

A mandatory meeting for Fair Princess applicants will be held on January 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Flaherty Hall. One parent or guardian is required to attend this meeting with the applicant.

Participation in the Fair Princess Program is limited, and acceptance is based on application completeness and program capacity.


Each contestant is asked to obtain a $125.00 sponsorship.
