Fair Time Admission & Parking Policy
Board of Directors: Directors will be admitted to the grounds by wearing their official badge which includes admission for two and parking. Each Director will be assigned a reserved parking space in the main parking lot. Directors will be assigned one grandstand box with their names for each event. Directors will pay for additional event tickets but will be given priority on location as available.
Employees: Employees will be given admission for two and parking for the week of the fair.
Commercial Exhibitors: Commercial exhibitors are given 12 single day admission and one Gate C parking pass. Additional requests will be considered by management.
Concessionaires: Concessionaires will be given 12 single day admission passes, one Gate C Parking Pass and one Delivery Pass. Additional requests will be considered by management.
Carnival Employees: Carnival employees will be admitted with a photo I.D. badge. The same badge also admits their vehicle.
Western Fairs Credentials: Western Fair Credentials will be honored at gates and parking lots which entitle the bearer to gate and admission at no cost. Admission tickets to the grandstand are at the discretion of the manager.
4-H, FFA, Grange & Independent Livestock Exhibitors: Each exhibitor will receive one season admission wristband when their animal is weighed in. Parents and siblings may purchase a season admission wristband in the Fair Office prior to the Fair. Leaders may purchase discounted season admission wristbands in the fair office prior to the Fair. Leaders and advisors also will receive a feeding pass.
Other Exhibitor Participants: These exhibitors such as Ag Mechanics, clothing, etc. receive no passes. 4-H leaders & FFA Advisors in areas where exhibitors do not receive credentials, however, can purchase discounted season admission wristbands. Other adult entries such as home arts, art & photo will receive no credentials; gate admissions & parking will only be given to building supervisors.
Police, Security, Etc.: Police, firemen, military, etc. will be admitted to in the grounds if in uniform or with proper credentials on first responder appreciation day
Non-Profit Beer Concessions: Volunteers will receive one single day admission for each day they are working. Parking passes will be distributed at management’s discretion.
