Guidebook & Online Entry Information

The Glenn County Fair Livestock Exhibitor guidebook is below for your convenience. The book is listed in full form first and below is break out of different areas. Be sure to read the "What's New" page.

If you would like a print copy of the book they will be available in the fair office in early February.

The Glenn County Fair will only be accepting entries online this year with the exception of the "family back-up animal" these will be a paper copy entry and are due on April 17th, the same deadline as all other entries. The only other hard copy paperwork we require is the release and waiver of liability page listed in the book, this completed form is due in the fair office on the same day as entries close on April 17, 2017.

The fair will begin accepting entries on February 15th, 2017 the web-page will available to being accepting entries on the same day. Entries are not due until April 17th, 2017 however the fair encourages you to submit them at your earliest convenience.

Notice of Changes in Guidebook

  • Pee Wee Showmanship will take place in Simmons Arena
  • All pages with the Divisions and Classes listed show entries as due on April 19th, 2017, entries are due on April 17, 2017; however, any entries received on April 19, 2017 will be accepted due to this clerical error.
