2010 GLENN COUNTY FAIR
THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE IS FOR THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING DURING FAIR MAY 20TH - MAY 23rd - 2010
WEDNESDAY , MAY 19: Open for setup all day beginning 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. THURSDAY, MAY 20: Open for setup at 8:00 a.m. (DISPLAYS SHOULD BE IN PLACE BY NOON) with the majority of items in your booth, so we can remove the cars from the Fairgrounds interior area.) You must be ready to do business by the Official Opening of the Fair at 5:00 p.m., building to closeapproximately 10:30 p.m.
FRIDAY, MAY 21: Building opens to exhibitors at approximately 11:30 a.m. Fair opens at 12 (NOON), building to close around 11:00 p.m.
SATURDAY, MAY 22: Building opens to exhibitors at approximately 10:30 a.m. Fair opens at 11:00 a.m. building to close around 11:00 p.m.
SUNDAY, MAY 23: Building opens to exhibitors at approximately 11:30 a.m. Fair opens at 12:00 (NOON), building to close around 10:00 p.m. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO TEAR DOWN EARLIER, vendors items must remain within the booth until the building is closed.
MONDAY, MAY 24: Building opens at 8:00 a.m. and CLOSES AT 12:00 (NOON.) SECURITY WILL LEAVE AT NOON. ALL DISPLAYS & MERCHANDISE MUST BE REMOVED BY NOON WHEN SECURITY LEAVES.
When arriving at Fair please verify these times with security in building to check for any change of time. These times are approximate and COULD CHANGE.
