Railroad Rental Application Form

     The basic charge for rental of the railroad and picnic area for two (2) to four (4) hours is $2.00 per person with a $75.00 minimum. This entitles your party to unlimited train rides during this period.

     You must show that you have insurance to cover this event, or it may be obtained from the Fairgrounds at the cost of $55.00 for 100 people or less and $90.00 for over 100 people. If you wish to purchase insurance from the Fair, you may send a check along with this application made payable to Glenn County Fair. If you plan to furnish your own insurance, please contact the Fair Office at 530/865-1168 for details. This insurance does NOT cover Bounce Houses or anything along the same lines so you must check with the Fair office if you wish to use additional items of this nature.

The Orland Police Department must be notified of all parties held on the Fairgrounds.
